Eligibility for Refund

Refund eligibility depends on the following conditions:

Service Cancellation

1. Before Service Confirmation:-If you cancel your booking before receiving a confirmation from our team, a full refund will be initiated.

2. After Service Confirmation:- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled moving date are eligible for a refund after an administrative fee of 10% of the total service cost is deducted.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled moving date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Service Delay or Non-Performance:- If Gurgaon Packers Movers fails to initiate the service on the agreed date and time due to internal issues, customers may request a full refund or reschedule the service without additional charges.

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

4. Damage or Loss:- In case of damage or loss to items during transit, claims for compensation must be filed as per the terms outlined in the insurance policy provided at the time of booking.

Refunds are not applicable for uninsured goods.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following conditions will prevent any refunds from being approved:

Cancellation of services after the moving process has commenced.

Failure to provide accurate or complete details during the booking process.

Changes in moving schedules initiated by the customer without prior agreement.

Services rendered under promotional offers or discounts explicitly marked as non-refundable.

Refund Process

We process refunds promptly to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers.

1. Request Submission:- To initiate a refund, customers must:

Connect with our customer support team either by email or by phone.

Provide the booking reference number and a detailed reason for the refund request.

2. Verification and Approval:- Our team will verify the request and provide an update within seven working days.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days of approval.

Refund Methods:- Refunds will be processed back to the payment method that was originally used. For payments made via:

Credit/Debit Cards:- Refunds will appear in the card statement within 7-10 business days after processing.

Bank Transfers:- Refunds will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account.

Cash Payments:- Refunds will be made via cheque or electronic transfer.
